Reuters photographer Jeff Mitchell was named Nikon Sports Photographer of the Year for the second time at Britain's Picture Editors' Awards on Tuesday. Mitchell, based in Scotland, also scooped the title last year when he did the double by picking up the overall Photographer of the Year crown.
